At Qbedding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Qbedding account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
